Your bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are essential, as many of the families we serve rely on Spanish to communicate about their child’s care. We provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
  • Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
  • Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
  • Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
  • Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
  • Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles).
  • Any experience working with children (childcare, teaching, early childhood) is a plus.
  • Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $25.00–$42.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
