About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Psychiatric PA-C or PMHNP to provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients remotely via telemedicine for our Community Health Center partners throughout the United States. We operate on a "say yes" first clinical model, treating patients where they are and guiding them along their journey to recovery and stabilization.

Clinicians must hold an active license in their state of primary residence and be active or willing to obtain a license in Oregon. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorder across all age spectrums.
• Provide psychopharmacological management of all psychiatric diagnosed treatment conditions.
• Obtain Data Waiver (or demonstrate willingness to learn) to provide medication-assisted treatment for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) in active withdrawal or recovery.
• Deliver supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and proficiency in trauma-informed approaches, harm reduction modeling, and patient-centered treatments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in care coordination between psychiatric, substance use treatment, and medical integration.
• Support scheduled and walk-in patients.
• Complete validated rating scales, documentation, and treatment plans to assist in determining level of care.
• Coordinate care for patients, including psychological testing, medical referrals, resources, peer supports, housing, and other social determinants.
• Collaborate directly with a multidisciplinary team, including PCPs, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, counselors, peer support staff, and care coordinators.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (required).
• DEA License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• A patient-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

• Visual requirements: Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents.

• Hearing: Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings.

Pay

Starting minimum salary is based on state of residence:

• Tier 1: $170,000–$180,000
• Tier 2: $150,000–$165,000
• Tier 3: $137,000–$150,000

This is a full-time position.
