Bilingual Property Manager
About the role
Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience with market-rate, LIHTC, and Project-Based Section 8 properties and will effectively manage all property operations, including the direction of site office and maintenance staff, while ensuring compliance with LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 programs.
Responsibilities include maintaining optimal occupancy, proper staffing, budget preparation, compliance monitoring, and processing resident certification/recertification forms.

- Manage administrative, marketing, and resident relations tasks
Requirements
- Knowledge of conventional properties, affordable housing programs (LIHTC, federally-assisted), and state/local housing regulations
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Solid administrative, organizational, computer, and marketing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Some travel required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of related property management and supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of Onesite software is a plus
- Conventional property management and Project-Based Section 8 recertification experience required

Pay
$95,000–$105,000 annually
