Bilingual Pharmacy Technician - Remote

About the role

Join a growing healthcare team supporting home dialysis patients by providing exceptional customer service, order processing, and prescription support in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prescription-related requests accurately.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
• Verify patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery issues with internal teams.
• Process returns, credits, and backorder requests.
• Collaborate with departments such as Transportation, Sales, Routing, and Collections.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician certification/license (IL, WI, IN, or FL).
• Active PTCB or NHA certification.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of call centre/customer service experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient support skills.

Work Environment

• 100% Remote (HIPAA-compliant home workspace required).
• Monday to Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST.
• Paid remote training provided.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.15 - $21.63/hr.
