Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
- Advises customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
- Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to prioritize and assist team members
- Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
- Valid driver's license

Pay
- Base salary plus monthly commission of $60k all in
Schedule
- Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!
