About the Role
As a Bilingual Outpatient Child & Family Therapist at Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you'll provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for children, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges.
- Build strong therapeutic partnerships with children, adolescents, and caregivers

- Provide services in English and Spanish to increase access to care

Qualifications
- Required:
- Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families
- Training in evidence-based interventions
- PREFERRED:
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Experience in pediatric behavioral health
- Experience working within interdisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of child development and family systems
- Experience providing trauma-informed care
