Bilingual Outbound Operations Supervisor - Wed to Sat (Nights)

About the role

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position oversees workflow, ensures safety and efficiency, and coaches team members.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for customers, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established operational procedures for activities such as verifying shipments, handling materials, and maintaining inventory.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers.
• Handle complaints and address associate concerns.
• Ensure productivity and quality of work.
• Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food-grade warehouses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with some college level study.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Inventory experience a plus.
• Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience a plus.
