Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and calmly with parents and patients about treatment needs, following the prescribed plan.
• Recognize and identify prior authorization requirements and ensure signed consent forms are obtained.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout the treatment process.
• Document all treatments accurately using both electronic and paper records.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Comfortable working in both the front and back end of the clinic
• Clinic hours: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break

Qualifications

• Prior Orthodontic Assistant experience preferred, but dental experience will be considered
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances
