Bilingual NP/PA - Virtual Urgent Care (Part-time)

About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week, including 3 weekend requirements per month (Saturday and Sunday), and works remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually through phone and messaging services
• Align patient care with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies
• Ensure efficient and high-quality care delivery
• Facilitate patient access to Virtual Urgent Care services
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other providers across different service lines

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
• Board Certification from NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC
• Bilingual (read, write, and speak Spanish)
• Licensed in at least 3 out of 5 states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA
• Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance
• 3+ years experience in urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine practice
• 2+ years of Telemedicine experience

Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed in other Oscar Medical Group states: AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in using telemedicine platforms.

Pay

The base pay for this role is $64-$96 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by relevant skills, education, and experience.
