Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)
About the role
The role of Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in person and over the phone, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Absorb and present appropriate products and services to customers
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks
- Aid in making deliveries, as needed
- Ensure in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
- Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Preferred qualifications: High school diploma or GED, one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service, experience selling paint and paint-related products, and experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
