About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing mortgage loans in a bi-lingual capacity (Spanish).
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Prepare loan packages and submit to underwriters for approval.
- Communicate with clients to address questions and concerns regarding their loan applications.
- Manage loan files and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage processing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience with mortgage software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
