Bilingual Merchandiser - North area

Responsibilities

• Cook up the store setup with the owners or managers.
• Check customer pricing to make sure it's accurate and competitive.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers.
• Oversee product inventory and explore opportunities for markdowns, promotions, price adjustments, clearances, and other strategic initiatives.
• Ensure store shelves are well-maintained and the inventory is properly organized, including arranging point-of-purchase materials.
• Align the expectations of customers with the goals of the companies.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to predict product needs and manage inventory.
• Support sales representatives and place orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule with possible evenings or weekends.
