Bilingual Mental Health Support Practitioner

What We're Looking For

Role Objective: Help individuals develop achievable and measurable goals to monitor success and motivate behavioral change. Provide on-platform behavioral health care to children and youth accessing the service.

• Provide Structured Wellness Coaching
• Offer Single Session Wellness Coaching
• Screen and Assess
• Moderate Submitted Content
• Attend and effectively contribute to clinical supervision
• Attend and effectively contribute to both performance management and team meetings

Requirements

• Education/Qualifications: BA level mental health degrees, eg BA in Psychology or Social Work; MA level mental health degree, not licensed; National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist; National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor; Community Health Worker; Permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states; Six months experience as a crisis worker and/or volunteer experience providing crisis support services. Bilingual in Spanish
• Schedule & Availability Requirements: Available during the following window: Tuesday through Saturday 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM PT Total Hours: 30 hours per week

Benefits

• Compensation: This role offers an hourly rate of $25 to $31, based on experience. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including your education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
