About the role

We are seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to join our team.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Licensure: Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).
• Compliance & Safety: Must be 18 years of age or older, valid California Driver’s License, First Aid certification, and meet agency driver eligibility criteria if applicable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Skills

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse nursing team. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients, staff, physicians, and community partners.

$70,000 - $74,131.20 USD Per Year
