MUST be FLUENT in Spanish for this role. This position is to provide community based therapy in the homes all over Ellis County.. Job Qualifications Job Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills: Conduct MST assessments, review referral information, engaging key participants, and analyze systemic strengths/weaknessesMaintain a caseload of 4–6 familiesEngage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment, addressing barriers to engagementImplement the MST Analytic Process: problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review, and strategy revisionDocument treatment efforts clearly and concisely, demonstrating compliance with MST PrinciplesCollaborate with relevant systems and key participants to maintain treatment alignmentProvide direct clinical treatment using MST-compatible practicesParticipate in MST training, supervision, consultation, and professional developmentAll services are delivered in a person-centered, trauma-informed mannerMust be able to work on and have knowledge of a PC (personal computer)Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and softwareDuties and projects may be assigned or changed to meet business needs Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, Social Work, or related field.
