About the role
Bilingual Member Experience Representatives provide exceptional customer service to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions. They are responsible for resolving member inquiries and issues, ensuring member satisfaction, and promoting the organization’s products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from members in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve member inquiries and issues related to products and services.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to members.
- Follow up with members to ensure their needs are met.
- Engage in positive member interactions to enhance the member experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant customer service experience preferred.
