Bilingual Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Support technical work related to optical components and photonics devices
• Aid with product setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineering teams for installation and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas HQ for technical support
• Maintain organized records, reports, and technical documentation
• Engage in training and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred (Mandarin helpful; English proficiency acceptable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems or engineering fundamentals
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical, hands-on role
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Able and willing to travel to Taiwan for 1 month of paid training
