Bilingual (English/Spanish fluent) X-ray certified (LMRT) Certified Medical Assistant with at least 2 years of Orthopedic trauma experience needed to join a multi-provider outpatient practice in Dallas, TX 75243. Position starts in 1–2 weeks or ASAP.

About the role

Provide excellent patient care, education, intake, vitals, documentation via EMR Centricity, and support a team of 3 physicians full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Ortho trauma patients for examination and treatment, explain procedures, and support physicians during exams.
  • Prepare exam/treatment rooms with necessary instruments, sterilization, maintenance of supplies & equipment.
  • Address questions, appointments, and communication between patients and providers.
  • Care for injuries, fracture care, tendon ruptures, comprehensive joint reconstruction, and trauma patients.
  • Perform intake procedures, collect medical histories, and maintain accurate documentation within EMR Centricity.
  • Assist with clinical procedures, including medication administration, wound care, and basic X-ray imaging.

Requirements

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with minimum 2 years experience in Ortho Trauma (orthopedics).
  • Bilingual – fluent in English & Spanish.
  • LMRT / X-ray Certified.
  • Ability to perform clinical tasks accurately and professionally: vitals, intake assessments, X-ray support, and medication administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional teamwork, communication, and patient service skills across diverse populations.
  • Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.

Pay

$19.07 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, days, 40 hours per week guaranteed.
