Bilingual Litigation Attorney (In-House Contract Engagement)

Latitude is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) litigation attorney for a 3-month contract engagement with a global company. The attorney will provide litigation support and assist with managing active matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sophisticated litigation experience
• Experience managing or supporting litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Prior experience at a full-service law firm, sophisticated litigation boutique, and/or in-house with a mid-to-large size company
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Ability to work on-site in Miami
• Outstanding references

Responsibilities

• Case management and coordination of active litigation matters
• Document review and analysis
• Reviewing pleadings, motions, and court filings
• Coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with litigation strategy, reporting, and status tracking
• Conducting legal research and preparing litigation summaries

Schedule

Approximately 30 hours per week, on-site in Miami, FL.

Pay

The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
