About the role
We're expanding and we're looking for licensed clinicians who are just as passionate as we are about creating space for growth and connection.
Responsibilities
- Flexible Hours: Minimum 13 hours/week, with the freedom to build your ideal caseload.
- Evening & Weekend Clients: Available if you are!
- Warm, Collaborative Team: Supervision, peer consultation, and support from people who get it.
- Clients Ready to Grow: You’ll support clients navigating everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, parenting, life transitions, and more.
Requirements
- Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC or equivalent)
- Experience and comfort working with a diverse client population
- Strong documentation and clinical judgment
- Availability for 3 in-office days per week (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ)
- Passion for providing therapy that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and client-centered
- Bilingual required
