About the role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change. You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week, with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
  • Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
  • Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
  • Providing family education and care coordination
  • Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences

Schedule

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST. Weekend availability is a plus.

Pay

$45–$65 per billable hour, based on license level. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly performance-based bonus based on applicable productivity and performance criteria.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care

Qualifications

Strongly Preferred:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Experience providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking families
