Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Job Summary
Telos Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Cook up care with facility staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Required: Active Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT) license in Florida.
- Preferred: Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Preferred: Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
