About the role
We are looking for a compassionate, professional, and bilingual English/Spanish Funeral Director or Provisional Funeral Director to join our team. Our mission is simple: to serve families with compassion, dignity, and respect during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. We are looking for someone who shares that commitment and takes pride in making a meaningful difference for the families we serve.
Responsibilities
- Meet with families to make funeral and memorial arrangements.
- Provide compassionate guidance and support throughout the arrangement process.
- Clearly explain funeral, cremation, cemetery, and merchandise options.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with both English- and Spanish-speaking families.
- Coordinate services with our funeral home, cemetery, clergy, cemeteries, and other service providers.
- Assist with visitations, funeral services, graveside services, and other family needs.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to serving families exceptionally well.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Texas Funeral Directors
- Provisional Funeral Directors
- Recent funeral-service graduates pursuing their provisional license
- Experienced funeral-service professionals looking for a long-term opportunity
- Compassionate individuals who are passionate about serving families
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred
