The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience. What You’ll Do Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and explain community features.Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.Stay informed about leasing specials, occupancy goals, and market trends.Ensure the office and community present a welcoming, professional environment. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
