Bilingual Korean Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Maintain flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to speak both Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $57,016 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is contingent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
