What You’ll Do
- Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
- Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
- Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Review and track lab and test results.
- Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
- Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
- Send and organize documents for doctor review.
- Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
- Help keep the clinic running smoothly.

Where You’ll Work
You could work in various healthcare settings, such as outpatient (doctor’s office) or emergency department, with a variety of shift options.
Schedule Options
- Part-time (2–3 shifts per week)
- Full-time (3–4 shifts per week)
Compensation Range
$23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
What You’ll Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proof of vaccinations (may be required).
- A typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Fluent in English and Korean (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- A flexible schedule.
- Access to a laptop (provided after training but need your own for training).
