Schedule

Monday – Friday, 4 pm – 12 am

Pay

Starting pay: $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and develops staff while setting clear expectations and prioritizing employee safety, including timely incident reporting.
• Collaborates with the team to coordinate and successfully execute daily operations, resolving deficiencies promptly.
• Maintains coverage for all shifts by coordinating with shift leads and confirming daily schedules.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implements company machinery and safety programs, including forklift training.
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory, ensuring employee safety and proper use of PPE.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 + years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience in janitorial operations (strongly preferred).
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with human resources processes and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
