What You'll Do

• Intake Sales Specialists will engage with potential clients via telephone and email to understand their needs and communicate how our legal representation can address those needs.
• The role involves navigating inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation of client information.
• Sales specialists must connect with clients, adapt to their unique situations, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Job Qualifications

• Job is 100% onsite in office
• Bilingual/fluent in both English & Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday-Friday

Pay

This position pays $17/hour base wage plus commission.
