Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a valid FL 2-20 license at time of application
• Ability to work in the West Palm office 2-3 days a week from 8:30am-5pm
• Proven experience in sales administration or retail sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be Bilingual (Fluent Spanish Required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Pay

Guaranteed Base Pay: $35K annually (*determined by years of experience, education and certifications.) Average 1st year total earnings range from $40K-$55K through a combination of guaranteed base pay and commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $60K+

Schedule

Hybrid role, offering flexibility along with opportunities for professional growth. Will work 2-3 days a week from 8:30am-5pm in the West Palm office.
