Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization supporting the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers in person and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers and help grow existing accounts.
• Prepare and enter customer quotes, sales orders, and payments.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Proactively follow up with customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts.
• Research products, suppliers, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare quotes, order documentation, and product submittal packages.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within the company's ERP system.
• Aid in showroom organization and product stocking.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, operations, and leadership teams to keep customer orders moving.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, counter sales, account management, or sales support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, sales-minded approach to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working directly with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• ERP, inventory, order-entry, or point-of-sale system experience is a plus.
• Experience in construction, concrete, building materials, industrial supply, equipment rental, hardware, or distribution is highly preferred.
