Bilingual Inside Sales BDR
Key Qualifications
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
- 1-3+ years of experience in a business development, inside sales, or similar lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages and handle initial customer interactions effectively, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
- A high level of resilience, a competitive nature, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of outbound activity and prioritize high-potential leads.
- Pioneered ability to negotiate effectively to reacquire lost business and entice switches from competitors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms, with experience in data analysis for lead prioritization.
- Experience researching companies and contacts to drive outreach.
- A foundational understanding of the pool and spa industry, its key challenges, and Pentair's product portfolio, with a specific appreciation for servicer needs.
Shift/Hours
Between 7am-7pm (shift determined by the region being supported)
Ability to work overtime when needed.
Compensation
The hourly pay for this role is $32.00 – $35.00/hour, DOE.
Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
This position is also eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual bonus (paid out quarterly).
