Bilingual Inside Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 7/20/26) (Spanish/English)

About the role

The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate at Intoxalock is responsible for handling warm leads, communicating with prospects in both English and Spanish via phone, closing sales, and scheduling installations. This position does not involve cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads
• Communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone)
• Close sales
• Schedule installations
• Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections
• Maintain minimum quality expectations
• Timely follow up on active prospect list
• Work with Sales Team management on an ongoing basis to improve performance
• Understand the entire sales process from lead creation to closing
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
