Lead Teacher Responsibilities
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using our rich curriculum and your own creativity
- Provide responsive care and individualized support in a nurturing infant classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and shared milestones
- Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development every day
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant classroom setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fully fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
- CDA Certification with 5–10 years of childcare experience
- 2–3 years of Montessori experience
