Bilingual In-Store Appointment Setter

About the role

American Residential Services (ARS) is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 professionals and over 45 years of experience helping homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability in their homes. We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Bilingual In-Store Appointment Setter engaging with customers in national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers inside national home improvement retail stores generating appointments for our home services team by promoting HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions
• Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours—generating appointments each shift
• Hours are managed accordingly

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or Business to Business
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
• 2 years experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Pay

$18-20 per hour + commission. Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission.

Schedule

FT-Weekend Availability. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
