Bilingual Immigration Paralegal - Georgian + Russian

Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing forms and applications for US Immigration and Citizenship Services, Immigration Court, Asylum Office, and the Department of Labor
- Interviewing clients and preparing their applications for various immigration cases
- Providing accurate translation services for non-English-speaking clients
- Organizing, analyzing, and managing client data and supporting documentation
- Managing the caseload from intake through processing and filing
- Keeping cases on track by updating status reports and managing deadlines
- Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Providing critical administrative support that keeps our team running smoothly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal experience required, preferably in immigration law
- Fluency in English and Georgian/Russian (spoken & written); additional language skills are a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse clients
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent research skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and ability to learn new programs, systems, or applications quickly
