Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Mid-Level)

About the role

A growing boutique immigration law firm is seeking a mid-level Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join its team. This position offers significant autonomy, direct client interaction, courtroom experience, and the opportunity to take ownership of a full immigration caseload.

Responsibilities

The attorney will independently manage a full caseload of USCIS and Immigration Court matters from filing through resolution.

• Master Calendar Hearings
• Bond Hearings
• Individual (Merits) Hearings in Immigration Court
• USCIS immigration matters
• Family-based immigration
• Humanitarian immigration relief
• Removal defense
• Motion practice and case briefing
• Client consultations and case strategy

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in any U.S. state
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• 5+ years of immigration law experience
• Strong experience with family-based and humanitarian immigration relief
• Substantial Immigration Court experience, including Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual Hearings
• Strong removal-defense experience
• Excellent legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and case-management skills
• Sound judgment and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and compassionately
• Business immigration experience alone is not sufficient

Pay

$110,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
