Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participationSupport onboarding and new hire orientation programsMaintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance trackingAssist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processesReview employee timecards and support payroll processing activitiesRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace proceduresSupport employee relations matters and HR documentationAssist with workforce communications and HR initiativesPartner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental prioritiesProvide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support or Office AdministrationStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)High School Diploma or GEDExperience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus)Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience We're Looking For Someone Who Is Organized and detail-orientedComfortable multitasking and managing competing prioritiesFriendly, approachable, and service-mindedConfident interacting with employees at all levels of an organizationSelf-motivated and resourcefulAdaptable in a fast-paced, changing environmentProfessional, dependable, and highly accountable Work Environment This role is based onsite within a manufacturing facility and office environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
