Bilingual Home Care Representative

Job Duties

• Ensures client and employee safety
• Affords assessments of potential risks and continuously works on prevention
• Assists with the hiring of new employees and updates current employee documents
• Makes home visits as necessary to provide hands-on training and assistance
• Participates in in-service training
• Substitutes for Home Care Aides, if needed
• Maintains professional, friendly, courteous, and caring relationships and atmosphere with all staff members
• Works collaboratively within a team to achieve the company's objectives

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Spanish is mandatory
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Can delegate tasks effectively
• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work as a substitute caregiver
• Basic computer skills are required
