The role of Bilingual Foster Care Adoption Resource Specialist is dedicated to supporting families in the foster care adoption process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of foster care regulations, and the ability to provide emotional support to families.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual support to families involved in the foster care adoption process
• Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure families receive comprehensive support
• Offer guidance and resources to families seeking to adopt children from foster care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding foster care and adoption

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with families in foster care or adoption
• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foster care and adoption laws and regulations
• Experience providing emotional support to families
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
