About the role
We are a mission-driven non-profit Community Health Center providing integrated primary care, dental, mental health, and specialty services to the entire community regardless of socioeconomic status. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to join our talented team.
Responsibilities
- Acute and chronic care management
- Well visits
- Sick visits
- Vaccinations across the full lifespan
Qualifications
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program
- Prefer 2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Prefer experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care or related specialty
- Must be able to treat the full lifespan
- Active MA state License
- DEA or eligible
- Bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred
