Position title Bilingual Family Liaison and ESL Teacher Description Saint Ann School is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Family Liaison and ESL Teacher to support English Language Learners while serving as a bridge between the school and our Spanishspeaking families. The ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence, effective communication, and the mission of Catholic education. Family Liaison Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking families.Build positive relationships with families to encourage active participation in their children's education.Translate and interpret written and verbal communication between the school and families from English to Spanish.Coordinate and facilitate parent meetings, conferences, workshops, and family engagement events.Support enrollment, registration, and orientation for new multilingual families. ESL Teacher Responsibilities Provide small group instruction for ESL students to offer support alongside classroom instruction.Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse linguistic and academic needs of English learners.Collaborate with classroom teachers to support language development across content areas.Foster an inclusive classroom environment that values students' cultural and linguistic diversity. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Education, ESL, Bilingual Education, or a related field.Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships with families.
