Responsibilities

  • Administers, scores, and interprets psychological assessments under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist.
  • Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
  • Document patient information according to hospital policy.
  • Maintain professional development.
  • Participate in the achievement of organizational and departmental goals.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in work-related field setting or administration and scoring of neuropsychological and/or psychological tests along with a Bachelor’s degree OR 1 year of experience with a Master’s degree.
  • This experience can include experience gained as part of a graduate training program.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in psychological assessment in a pediatric outpatient and/or inpatient setting, Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited school, Experience in psychological assessment in a medical setting, Bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited school.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.

  • Accuracy with administration and scoring of assessment measures.
