Bilingual (English & Spanish) Master's Level Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker

Our mission is to ensure our clients achieve optimal levels of wellbeing through the provision of compassionate, innovative and effective behavioral and mental health services. As a clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, primarily in-person with some telehealth options. Services are delivered in the community; there is no requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses
• Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information
• Deliver services to clients in the community; no office attendance required
• Utilize evidence‑based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
• Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care
• Advocate for patient access to community resources
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Facilitate and offer individual and family therapy on psycho‑social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional

Requirements

• Must reside within the State of Florida
• Must speak English and Spanish
