We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have job description: includes mission, but not needed as heading? Possibly "About the role" could be the mission description? The posting includes "Our Mission:" paragraph. That could be considered about the role? Actually it's about organization. Could be "About the role" or maybe we skip if not specific. The instruction: Use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have: - About the role: maybe the mission and description of the role? The posting includes "Our Mission:" and then description of the organization, then "Starting annual salary $69,200". Also "Continuing Education Units through Healthstream and beyond Professional License Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Student Loan Repayment Program". That's benefits. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "Key Responsibilities". That's a list. - Requirements/Qualifications/Education: "Education/Qualifications Required Experience: ..." includes required experience, license, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? We can combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably "Qualifications" for education/license/experience, and "Skills" for skills like diagnostic, assessment, etc. But we can also put all under "Requirements". The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Pay: we have starting annual salary $69,200, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned (no schedule details). So omit Schedule. Skills: we could extract skills from qualifications but maybe we can include Skills section if there is content. The qualifications list includes many skills: diagnostic, assessment, treatment skills, organizational and communication skills, ability to function autonomously, proficiency with word processing, etc. That could be Skills. But we already have Qualifications covering education/license/experience. Might be better to have Qualifications (education/license/experience) and Skills (specific abilities). However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we split, we might have many thin sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" section. But they gave examples of headings; we can choose which to include. Let's decide: Include About the role (mission/organization description), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (education/license/experience plus skills), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like "Starting annual salary $69,200", "Continuing Education Units through Healthstream and beyond Professional License Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Student Loan Repayment Program". Also benefits description: "Our benefits package supports your whole life with comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and employer matched retirement savings. We also invest in your growth through tuition assistance (Loan Forgiveness Program – NHSC, tuition reimbursement and Student Loan Repayment)." Also link. We need to format lists with
  • . For responsibilities list, we have many items separated by periods. We need to break into list items. The text: "Key Responsibilities Direct services may include, but not limited to:Conducts (comprehensive) clinical assessments and engagementDetermines DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with supervisor, Medical Director, Psychiatrist, medical provider or designee as needed.Develops treatment plans and contracts for servicesImplements treatment plans, modifying it as appropriate during the course of treatment.Discharge planning, which may include linkages to community support servicesProvides case management servicesCompletes clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sourcesMaintains productivity targets determined by serviceParticipates and presents in Peer Consultation and Quality Assurance Reviews.Fosters collaboration with other clinical and administrative staff to respond to client and programmatic needs, including the implementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives. We need to split each responsibility into separate
  • . We can split by periods after each phrase. Ensure we keep the content. Similarly for qualifications: "Education/Qualifications Required Experience: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree.State of CT license required (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)Minimum of 2+ years of experience postgraduate in an outpatient setting (depending on program*).Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred.Cultural competency to serve a diverse population.Strong diagnostic, assessment and treatment skills for individual, family and group therapy.Extensive experience working with culturally diverse populations, a wide age range, and a variety of clinical presentations.Knowledge of behavioral health, child welfare systems, and community resources.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to function autonomously in day-to-day responsibilities; yet seek consultation appropriately when needed.Proficiency with word processing and general computer skills." We can split into list items. Benefits: we have paragraph; we can keep as

. Also there is a link: https://thevillage.org/careers/our-benefits/ maybe we can include as inside p. Pay: Starting annual salary $69,200. Also maybe other pay info? Not. We need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "Visit our career site https://thevillage.org/careers/" and also "Keyword: Clinical Assessments ..." at end. Those are maybe metadata; we should drop them? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Visit our career site" is not boilerplate but maybe considered navigation? It's a link to career site; could be considered navigation. Might drop. The "Keyword:" line is likely metadata for ATS; drop. Also "Enhance Your Career With These Opportunities Clinician, Adult Services: Half time..." That's actually description of two possible roles; we need to preserve that as part of About the role? It describes the role specifics. So we should include that in About the role section. Thus About the role includes mission paragraph plus the role description (two options). We'll keep as prose. Now produce HTML:

    About the role

Our Mission: The Village was one of the first agencies in the country to provide homes for neglected children. Today, we continue to achieve our mission to build a community of strong, healthy families who protect and nurture children by providing a full range of behavioral health, early childhood and youth development, substance use treatment and support services for children, adults and families in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut region. Named a Connecticut Top Workplace for six consecutive years with national distinction for workplace culture and diversity, equity and inclusion practices, you can be sure you're joining an organization that's just as committed to your success as we are to those we serve.

The Clinician, Adult Services role offers two possible configurations: Half time in our Adult Outpatient Clinic providing individual, group and case management services to adults. Half time providing services off site for Acute Community Support Team (ACST) is a higher level of care intended to treat, stabilize, and support clients with Severe and Persistent Mental/Emotional Illness whose symptoms tend to be barriers and interfere with access to treatment. We are based off SAMHSA's ACT services. Clients may have co-morbidity with that of Substance Use. Its overarching main goal is to support clients access to treatment, which means we may meet in the community (in-home, in-shelter), help clients attend appointments through arranging transportation, and when it makes sense to, to bring them to appointments. We work to stabilize with the hope of eventual return to outpatient care after stabilizing, as well as help them build a better quality of life through access to care. OR Clinician, Adult Services: Half time in our Adult Outpatient Clinic providing individual, group and case management services to adults. Half time providing services off site at a contracted location. The clinician in this role will work 20 hours off site with 16-to-24-year-old females who have experienced extensive trauma. Some clients may be involved in the criminal justice system or other state agencies, some may have no formal or sustained employment history and are likely young parents. The main goal in this role is to support clients access to treatment, which may involve meeting in the community (in-home, in-shelter) to build trust and rapport and work with clients on their behavioral health needs. Care coordination and collaboration with program staff is a key component of the position to engage these youth in services and supports.
