Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of personalized legal strategies for each client, aligning them with their unique legal circumstances.
  • Meticulously review application packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
  • Grade and provide constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate and timely document delivery.
  • Conduct exhaustive initial reviews to identify legal issues and represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews before USCIS.
  • Serve as "Attorney of the Day," providing legal guidance to the team and attending operational meetings.
  • Participate in Consultation Day Events.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. Bar license.
  • 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS).
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with native or fluent proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).
  • A growth-oriented "can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.

Workload: 45 to 50 hours per week.
