We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist to provide critical support during open enrollment from mid-September 2026 – February 2027. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with moderate supervision. Proficiency in Spanish is required to conduct employee orientations and provide HR support to our Spanish-speaking workforce.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company practices
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in the HRIS
• Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment activities
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions as needed
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Track and coordinate employee leave (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Support safety initiatives, workers' compensation claims, and return-to-work procedures
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and documentation
• Promote company values and support employee engagement efforts

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - must be able to conduct full orientations and provide HR support in Spanish
