About the role
This role can be located in one of the following locations: Troy, Ohio; Murray, Kentucky; or Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and allegations of misconduct.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels on employee relations best practices.
- Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address employee relations trends and risks.
- Support the development and delivery of performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and other performance management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee relations matters.
- Conduct exit interviews and share key insights to help improve retention and employee experience.
- Review and process religious accommodation requests.
- Aid leadership in responding to workplace emergencies, threats, and other sensitive employee situations.
- Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
- Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated roles).
