Bilingual Direct Sales Representative (Licensed)

Sales

• Sells available insurance products to new or existing clients via various customer contact channels.
• Estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
• Makes appropriate recommendations on policy coverages and options, closes sales, and processes applications in an accurate manner.
• Gathers all necessary information to assess if prospective customers meet underwriting guidelines.
• Contacts appropriate division for underwriting guidance when needed.
• Mets sales and sales quality goals.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English.
• Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
• Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
• Previous sales experience to be considered.

Licenses & Education/Licenses/Designations

• Required to have the state licensing for property and casualty producer licenses.
• Must complete required continuing education credits to maintain state property and casualty producer AND / OR Life licenses.
• Maintain property and casualty producer AND / OR Life licenses for all operating states and/or service states.

Travel

• Up to 10%.

• Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

Compensation

Position Compensation Range $25.00 - $31.88 Pay Rate Type Hourly Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

• In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles).
• On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
• Starting base pay is $25/hour with uncapped monthly and quarterly bonus plans to you in addition to your base pay.
