Pay Details

The starting base pay for a Personal Lines Service Consultant is $47,840 - $52,000+ / year (DOE)

Office Address

Onsite at 400 N Tustin Avenue Suite 425 Santa Ana, CA 92705. Please note that this role is NOT hybrid or remote.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

What You Will Do

  • Manage an existing book of business, focusing on growth and retention while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Routinely conduct consultative conversations with our clients to ensure all coverage needs are addressed
  • Generate and sell cross-sell, referral, and up-sell opportunities
  • Work with customers to provide exceptional service while resolving customer requests/concerns, such as, but not limited to, billing, endorsement, copies of insurance documents, etc.
  • Completes all required applications and documentation according to carrier and company guidelines
  • Maintain personal/team qualitative and quantitative service and sales targets as assigned
  • Support all company initiatives as requested, guided by our company’s WE CARE values, sales culture, and business needs

Key Attributes

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain a license within 45 - 60 days of hire (licensing course provided)
  • 1+ years of office or call center customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective and precise telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

Preferred Attributes

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant P&C Insurance experience
