About the role

We are seeking empathetic, bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agents to join our growing call center in Northwest Houston. As the first point of contact for our Medicare Advantage members, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Aid with questions related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to resolve member issues while maintaining a human connection.
  • De-escalate concerns and provide personalized solutions.
  • Document interactions and share feedback to improve processes and member experience.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, or similar high-touch environment).
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Resilient, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Help desk or technical support experience.
  • Healthcare (Memory Care, Hospice, Oncology).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
